Do you lie by the side of the trail waiting for a train of bikes to spray your lense with roost? Do you often find yourself in barely-believable positions just to get that perfect shot of a root section?Yes? Then Morrocco Media and Muckmedden would love you to put your camera where your mouth is (not literally) and come up with a unique, quirky and above all “fun” MTB edit for the chance to have your hot new edit premiered in front of hundreds of mountain bikers at Cream o’ the Croft on June 17th! We want you to really think outside the box for this one, in fact, rip the box up and chuck it right in that bin over there.
Morrocco Media’s “Woodland Animals” Fair City Enduro promo is a prime example of what you can do with a bit of imagination, some bikes and a camera. It’s not every day you see a mouse pull a huge tailwhip…..unfortunately.
What are the rules?
- This is an amateur contest, so if you are currently paid for any filming work, unfortunately you are not eligible to enter.
- Edits must be around 2 minutes long (we are not time Nazis but please keep edits as close to two minutes as possible)
- Edits must be uploaded to Vimeo and set to ‘Only people with the private link’ in the privacy settings. Email the link to info@morroccomedia.com with the subject title ‘Fun Film Competition’ before June 1st 2016.
- Edits will be judged by Morrocco Media and the top three selected.
- The makers of the top three edits will be contacted by June 4th
What could I win?
- The top three edits will all be premiered in front of hundreds of mountain bikers in the pedal-powered cinema at Cream o’ the Croft!
- The two runners-up will each win a weekend festival pass to Cream o’ the Croft.
- The winner will get two weekend festival passes to Cream o’ the Croft plus a day’s filming with Morrocco Media at Fair City Enduro and the opportunity to edit the 2016 Fair City Enduro Official video.
